CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Custom Cars and Coffee reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle ,entrant or spectator without any explanation.
Whilst at the Custom Cars and Coffee meet site no vehicle will be driven at a speed exceeding 5kph.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian aged over 18 years at all times.
The exhibitor will accept sole responsibility for any damage they, their car, or equipment, do to the site, other persons, cars, product or equipment (it is strongly suggested that exhibitors have comprehensive vehicle insurance and specific Public Liability Insurance for their participation in Car Meets).
The exhibitor and spectators agree not to make any claim against the Custom Cars and Coffee WA organisers for any loss or damage, howsoever caused.
The exhibitor agrees to allow Custom Cars and Coffee WA organisers using photographs and video of their vehicles in future Custom Cars and Coffee promotions and advertisements.
The exhibitor acknowledges that the site is an Alcohol Free Zone and that the consumption on site of illicit drugs or alcohol during Custom Cars and Coffee WA meet hours is strictly forbidden. Any entrant found to be consuming alcohol/drugs, causing a disturbance, using bad language or driving a vehicle in any manner that can cause injury to either a person or property and refuses to follow instructions from Custom Cars and Coffee WA Staff or Volunteers will have their details passed onto the local Police.
Unauthorised commercial activities, including car boot sales, are NOT permitted.
If any of the above conditions of entry are breached Custom Cars and Coffee WA reserves the right to ask any entrant to leave the grounds without any explanation.
